Important Information - Please Read
I really appreciate you using my BookFresh scheduling! It really helps me to keep interruptions to a minimum during your lesson times. Look for a confirmation email as soon as I have accepted your lesson request. Then, you will receive a reminder email 3 days before your scheduled lesson time. If you provided your cell number, you will also receive a text message reminder. Pretty cool, huh?
Plan to arrive a few minutes early and be prepared to begin your lesson at the scheduled time. Please dress according to the weather - layers are always best. Helmets will be provided - you are free to bring your own also. Boots with heels are required for all riders. If you do not have boots, please check the Resource page for some ideas. Please bring water and wear sunscreen. Please dress all family members, even if they are not riding, in closed toed shoes - NO FLIP FLOPS OR SANDALS as safety is important for all!
Carrots and apples are always appreciated by all the horses!
If roads are icy or we are in the midst of a snowstorm or thunderstorms, we will reschedule lessons without fee. If Falcon District 49 is closed due to nasty weather, it is very probable that we will NOT ride. Please be sure I have a good cell phone number as I will make calls to notify.
If, for any reason, you need to reschedule a lesson, please do so at least 24 hours in advance. If you need to reschedule at the last minute, please be sure to call me at 719-440-1128. All "no shows" will be charged $20 to reschedule.
